My Personal Health Transformation

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight, confidence, and a relationship with food that wasn’t healthy. I’ve been there—dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of self-doubt, using food to cope, and feeling stuck in a cycle of starting and quitting. At my lowest, I was over 100 pounds heavier than I am today. But I knew something had to change.

I decided to take control of my health and my future. After years of working on my mindset, nutrition, and fitness, I not only lost 100lbs but I also stepped on stage as a competitor in fitness—a moment that solidified my belief in the power of hard work, discipline, and consistency.

This transformation wasn’t just physical; it was emotional and mental. I learned to push through the toughest days, confront my fears, and break free from the habits that were holding me back. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.

A Nurse With a Passion for Long-Term Results

As a nurse, I’ve spent years learning about the human body, health, and wellness. But it wasn’t until I embarked on my own fitness journey that I truly understood how critical it is to approach health from a holistic standpoint—mind, body, and soul.
